Chamber of Commerce in Culver Membership Application

A membership committee has investigated the current dues structure and based on eight area Chambers of similar size have revised the dues structure for 2006 as follows:

INVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS (PRIVATE) $75.00 LEVEL 4
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS (0-5 EMPLOYEES) $95.00 LEVEL 3
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS (6-10 EMPLOYEES) $135.00 LEVEL 2
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS (11+ EMPL0YEES) $225.00 LEVEL 1

NOTES:

  • Cost to be included in the newsletter is not included in above amounts.
  • Only business memberships may be included in the newsletter.
  • All members in good standing may be listed on the web site, if desired.

When determining the number of employees you have, please use a full time equivalent. If you have six part-time employees, and they all work 20 hours per week, you have a total of three full time employees.Please use this form to remit your dues so that we have the correct information for the business (or private) address and contact person.
