Mission Statement

The Second Century Committee's mission is to serve as a community focus group which seeks to assure the social and economic health of the Culver community through the development and implementation of a long-range plan with emphasis on optimum utilization of existing resources including, but not restricted to, human, natural, commercial, residential and industrial.
